The recent rollout and update of the site seems to have worked out pretty well. As of this writing, the new store gallery feature has 33 production Satchmo stores. I'm sure there are more out there but this is a nice display of the capabilities of Satchmo.

One thing I am looking for is some more success stories in deploying Satchmo. The open source ecommerce space is dominated by many PHP based solutions. A python/django based solution has a lot of benefits that are causing people to look more closely at using Satchmo. One of the things that is missing for people evaluating Satchmo is more concrete comparisons between deploying Satchmo vs. some of the alternative PHP solutions. That's where you come in. I'm looking for some more stories where you have deployed Satchmo somewhere and it's been a wildly successful project. You don't specifically have to compare to the alternatives but if you could discuss some items such as:

• Why did you chose Satchmo over X or Y or Z?
• What was the development and deployment process like?
• How many products/users/views do you get at your site?
• How well does everything scale?
• Will you use Satchmo for other sites in the future?

I'd like to post these stories on the site as well as use these as case studies when talking about Satchmo.
